Plant.Digital. (“Plant.Digital”, “our”, “us”, or “we”), is the “data controller” of the personal information we collect about you when you visit or use any of our websites, or use products, services and applications that are linked to this Privacy Statement (collectively, our “Sites”). Personal Data Collected From Third Parties

In accordance with applicable law and any website or other Terms of Use, we may collect Personal Data about you from third parties, such as social media websites and applications and combine it with Personal Data we already hold, to help us improve and customize our Sites to your preferences and for other purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice. We may also collect your business contact information from your employer or other third parties to facilitate or otherwise engage in traditional business activities and similar administrative matters.

Plant.Digital collects and uses business contact data to engage in communications or transactions, including for conducting due diligence regarding, or providing or receiving, a product or service. For example, Plant.Digital may collect and use this business contact data in order to facilitate and manage orders, contracts, warranties, maintenance, and similar business functions, for credit analysis and collection purposes, to assist with our own internal compliance and legal requirements, and (if necessary) to defend our interests and claims.

Plant.Digital may use your Personal Data to deliver services to you or carry out transactions you have requested, including, but not limited to, providing information on Company products or services you have purchased or otherwise use, registering purchased products, processing product orders, handling warranty claims, replacing product manuals, answering customer service requests and facilitating the use of our Sites.

We may use your Personal Data to administer and protect our business and our Sites, including troubleshooting, system maintenance, support, reporting and hosting of data.

Employment Applications

In connection with a job application or inquiry, you may provide us with information about yourself, such as a resume/curriculum vitae, professional references, information about education and job background, and information about professional training and certifications. We and members of our group may use this information for the purpose of employment consideration, background checks and employment eligibility, and as otherwise set forth in any separate privacy notice that will be made available to you in connection with your application, for example in connection with employee screening. We may use a third party (e.g., job recruiter) or social media platform to solicit, collect, and retain employment applications. • Request copy of your Personal Data in a portable format if certain circumstances;

• Object to the use of your Personal Data for marketing purposes;

• Withdraw consents you previously gave to Aramco regarding the use of your Personal Data;

• Lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.

Should you object to the processing of your information, this may, without limitation, impede your access to the Site (or parts of it), impair or render impossible your use of some of the functionalities, and services on it.


Anonymizing Information

In accordance with applicable law, we may anonymize your personal information so that it can no longer be used to identify you. Anonymized information is not considered Personal Data and is therefore not subject to this Privacy Notice. We may collect, use, aggregate and share anonymized information for any purpose.

How Long We Keep Personal Data

The period during which we store your Personal Data varies depending on the purpose for the processing or why it was collected. For example, we store Personal Data needed to provide you with products and services, or to facilitate transactions you have requested, for so long as you are a customer of Plant.Digital, Personal Data relevant to be able to provide you with those products and services will be kept. Alternatively, if you submit an employment application via our Sites, we will retain details of your application as set forth in the privacy notice made available to you in connection with your application, or as otherwise required by law. In all other cases, we store your personal information for as long as is needed to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice, following which time it is either anonymized (where permitted by applicable law), deleted or destroyed.

Our Group Companies

We may share your personal information with our affiliates and group companies as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice.

We may disclose Personal Data we maintain about you to the extent reasonably necessary to proceed with the negotiation or completion of a merger, acquisition, divestiture or sale of all or a portion of Plant.Digital’s assets.

Disclosure For Other Reasons

We may disclose Personal Data if required or authorized to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal requirements or with legal process served on us, to protect and defend our rights or property or, in urgent circumstances, to protect the personal safety of any individual.

International Transfers

Plant.Digital is a global organization and your Personal Data may be transferred to, held, stored or used in various jurisdictions, including the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in accordance with applicable law. This means that when we collect your Personal Data it may be processed in countries that may have data protection laws that are different to the laws of your country. However, Plant.Digital will always take reasonable and necessary steps to protect your privacy and to provide a level of protection of your Personal Data that is comparable to that of your country of residence which includes ensuring that transfers are made subject to the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for data transfers.
